No. As long as access arrangements have been made and the property is ready, our team can complete the appointment without the listing agent present.

When selecting homeowner, tenant, or lockbox access during booking, you are confirming that access has been coordinated and that our team will be able to enter the property at the scheduled appointment time.

Photography is delivered in under 24 hours and no later than 11:00 AM the next business day. Most video products are delivered within 24–48 hours.

Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge prior to your photographer being dispatched. Once a photographer is en route or on-site, a cancellation fee may apply. 

If weather prevents us from completing your appointment, we'll gladly reschedule at no additional charge.

Yes. Every photography appointment includes our Blue Sky Guarantee to ensure skies look their best, regardless of weather conditions on the day of the shoot.

Additional editing requests or extensive modifications may be subject to additional charges.

Your media will remain accessible through your client portal. Older projects may require a quick retrieval request before downloading.

Absolutely. We encourage agents to use their media to market both their listings and their business.

Film Crystal River LLC retains copyright ownership of all media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Listing agents receive a license to use the media for marketing the property during the life of the listing

Yes. We partner with TITUS to offer a Pay-at-Close option for qualifying listings.
